The company
Three founders, one object, and the reason it exists.
The manifesto
A palace lobby is the work of years. An architect chose the stone, a designer chose the light, someone spent a season on the exact warmth of the lamps. Then a bright panel is fixed to the wall, and in one evening the atmosphere is gone. The very thing meant to serve the place is what breaks it.
We kept meeting that contradiction, in hotels, in boutiques, in galleries. The demand was never for another lit panel. It was for a surface that could change its mind without changing the room. Nobody was building it, because the industry had settled on making light brighter rather than making it unnecessary.
So we went back to ink. Ink does not shine, it sits. It holds without power, it reads at any angle, it ages like paper. Give it an electric signal and it becomes responsive. Frame it in solid wood and it becomes architecture. That is the whole company: a piece that hangs like a print, updates like software, and is never the loudest thing in the room.
