Everything around the image
is a decision.
Four solid woods, a cream mat and real glass are included. Beyond them: your own timber, a tint matched to a sample, brushed aluminium, brass. A drawing and a quote come back within the week, and a corner of the actual moulding before anything is made.
Five ways to make it yours
Everything is a choice.
Every Ginko frame is turned in solid wood and finished by hand. Four tones come with it, no supplement: Raw Linden, Raw Oak, Light Walnut, Dark Walnut. All our wood is sourced from certified, sustainably managed suppliers.
And beyond wood, on request. Your own essence, a tint matched to a sample, brushed aluminium, steel, brass, lacquer or composite. Profile included, with or without a mat. Engraved plates and collector editions too.
The mat sets the visual rhythm of a framed work. Cream as standard: 3 cm on the Horizon, 15 cm on the Monumental, which is what gives it its gallery presence.
Other tones, widths and textures are part of a bespoke commission, cut to the millimetre for the piece it will hold.
Real glass is fitted as standard, not acrylic: it is what gives the surface its depth and its weight.
Anti-reflective glass is available as an option. It deepens the image in bright rooms by cancelling most of the reflections that pull the eye away.
An integrated picture light, directional and dimmable, for a soft wash over the image. A sculptural easel in black steel or walnut. A matching wall shelf for remotes, guest books or printed works.
Each accessory is made for the frame it accompanies, in the same workshop.

We draw a profile
A drawing and a quote come back within the week, profile and mat width included.
You validate on the wood
We cut one corner of the actual moulding and send it to you. Nothing is made before you have held it.
We make it and hang it
The frame leaves in its wooden crate. Our team can hang it on site and take the crate away.
The four wood tones, the cream mat and real glass are included in the price. Everything beyond them is an option, quoted per project, and adds three to five weeks to the standard lead time.
